Welcome!
Here you will find tons of easily accessible inspiration and ideas for how to have a good life even if you suffer from chronic pain.
In my journey as a professional patient, I've learned that it's not always more information we need. When you suffer from chronic pain, a little inspiration and a few ideas can go a long way. That's why I like to keep my posts short and simple.
When you find something that resonates with you, check it out, do some more research and see if it can help you on your way to healing. I believe that each person's healing process is unique, there is no answer that is right for everyone. When I was first diagnosed with RA and later broke my back and got a whiplash injury, I always felt that there was some kind of "magic healing key" out there, and as my health declined, my search for the elusive key intensified to the point of desperation.
Now I've found that maybe there isn't just one key or one solution, maybe the "magical keys" are more like golden arrows, pointing us in the right direction. Each new arrow is like a piece in the healing puzzle, gradually helping us increase our quality of life and relieving our symptoms.
I hope that you find some inspiration here, and if you do, please contact me and share your story.

Hello Anna,
ReplyDeleteI just got booted from posting on your blog because your site did not recognize my Username for WordPress.
I want to congratulate you on a very informative site. Although I have not read each and every post, I think that you are right on the money. Helping people help themselves is a tremendous way of empowering them and giving them hope. I am going to put your site on my site's "Blogroll".
I am a practicing chiropractor in Mountain View, Missouri (20 years experience), and just created a website for those who suffer with chronic, Deep Somatic Pain. It is called www.DestroyChronicPain.com
Hope you enjoy!
Sincerly,
Dr. Russell Schierling
